At long last the Pist re-issues are here and ready to go. There are three Lps and two CDs worth of material.

The Ideas are Bulletproof LP is re issued same as it was in 1995. There's two Lps Input Equals Output Album One and Input Equals Output Album Two which collect all the 7"s, splits, comp tracks plus some demo and live stuff. Ideas are bulletprof is also released on CD and both of the Input Equals Output Lps fit onto one CD.

Those who have followed the label will recall that I started Havoc in the early 90's to document the new breed of hardcore and punk bands that was emerging after the slow freeze of hardcore punk in the late 80's and early 90's. The Pist were one of the bands that emerged from the era that spawned Aus Rotten, Civil Disobedience, Masskontroll and Destroy as well as bands that went on to more commercial success like the Casualties and the Unseen.

The Pist were one of my favorites in that era for their UK 82 influenced catchy and hard driving punk songs and Al's excellent lyrics.

There's limited color vinyl available for mail order. I've put together some package deals for people who want to order all three LPs on color vinyl.

The "red white and brainwashed" set of all three Lps on red, white and blue vinyl respectively is available for $25 in the USA, by media mail
$30 in Canada and Mexico by air mail
$40 by air mail everywhere else.
These prices INClUDE SHIPPING but are NOT programmed into the webstore, so you'll have to either send us a paypal payment to info@havocrex.com or mail us a money order. If you want to order anything else from the distro at the same time you can use the webstore prices and add them to your paypal message or mail order. If you order the LPs individually from the webstore you will still get color vinyl, but be charged the single piece price.

There's also a huge update to the webstore today with some titles that are only available from Havoc in the USA. Japanese (via Austria) hardcore stalwarts Shock Troop have a new LP called "A Nightmare in 2012" and Havoc has co released a new 7' from Finnish band Akupunktio. We've also got a lot of crucial Scandinavian imports, the new Vitamin X LP, a vinyl pressing of the Observers demo and much more. Also, scroll back through the webstore and you'll see a lot of restocks and pretty boss records that haven't sold out yet.

A new wholesale update will be mailed out tomorrow with all the new releases and distro titles. A bunch of new stuff is on the way from europe but didn't arrive quite in time for this update, so check back soon.
